Who it's for
U.S. handyman businesses currently doing $5k–$20k a month, with at least 3 months of revenue history we can verify. Any plan works. (Above ~$20k, doubling that fast isn't realistic, so the guarantee doesn't apply there.) You also need the crew and availability to actually do roughly double the work — we fill the pipeline, you build the jobs.

How the timeline works
The first 90 days are setup — installing the systems and digital presence that make doubling possible. Month four is the month your revenue should hit 2× your baseline. Your baseline is your average monthly collected revenue — money in the door, not invoiced — over the 3 months before we start. The clock begins the day your systems go live, not the day you sign.

Your side of the deal
The guarantee holds as long as you:
- Give us access, within a week of asking, to the accounts we need: your Google Business Profile, your website and domain/DNS, your ad accounts (Google and Meta), your business phone number, and your current customer list / CRM data so we can migrate it.
- Run your business fully on Fulcrum's software — no competing or conflicting software (like another CRM) running alongside it.
- Keep at least $2,000/month in ad budget running from month two onward (no pausing mid-stream).
- Keep your account paid up and give us accurate numbers.
Drop the ball on these and the guarantee's off — but you're welcome to keep going.

What you get back
Every dollar of Fulcrum fees you've paid through month four — monthly and onboarding. The only things we can't refund are costs that never came to us: ad spend, software, and payment-processing fees.

How to claim it
Email sean@fulcrumagency.io within 15 days after month four with your revenue records. We verify and refund within 30 days.

The limits
One per business, non-transferable, void where prohibited. Stuff outside anyone's control — natural disasters, a long closure on your end — can pause or end the window. We can update these terms; whatever's in effect the day you start is what governs your engagement. This is a refund promise, not a promise of any specific business outcome beyond that.
