You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use Fulcrum only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Send spam or unauthorized communications
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- Reverse engineer or copy our platform or software
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

SMS Messaging Program
Fulcrum may send SMS messages related to the operation of our services, including appointment confirmations, service notifications, customer communication updates, account alerts, and support responses.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Fulcrum. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Lead Generation and Marketing
Fulcrum may provide services that assist with generating customer leads through marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, websites, and other digital marketing channels. While we aim to help improve business performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Business Results Disclaimer
Fulcrum provides tools, systems, operational support, and marketing assistance designed to help service businesses operate more efficiently. Running a successful business depends on many factors outside of Fulcrum's control including work quality, pricing decisions, local market demand, competition, and economic conditions. Fulcrum does not guarantee specific financial results. Results may vary.

Payments and Fees
Fees for Fulcrum services will be communicated through your service agreement or subscription plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees, maintain valid payment information, and authorize recurring billing if applicable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property
All Fulcrum software, systems, processes, and branding are the intellectual property of Fulcrum. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without written permission. You retain ownership of your business data.

Limitation of Liability
Fulcrum shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Fulcrum in the preceding 12 months.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the platform is misused, or payments are not made. You may cancel services according to your service agreement.

Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Fulcrum operates.
