What we do
Follow one job from search to review.
We build your website, build and manage your Facebook and Google ads, and set up the office system your business runs on: calls, texts, estimates, scheduling, invoices and reviews. From Month 2, an admin on our team works inside it with you. You do the work, set your schedule and approve every estimate and invoice before a customer sees it.
We do
- Build your website and Google listings
- Build and manage your Facebook and Google ads
- Set up every system on this page
- Your admin's office work, from Month 2
- A weekly look at your numbers, with you
The software does
- Answers calls you can't get to, 24/7
- Replies to every new lead right away
- Sends confirmations and reminders
- Follows up on unanswered estimates
- Asks for a review after the job
You do
- The work, with your crew
- Your schedule
- The final OK on every estimate and invoice
- Your estimates and invoices on Launch (we prep them on Growth & Scale)
Operations, marketing, and hiring for handyman businesses — not just software. We become part of your team: we do the prep, you give the go-ahead.

01Get found in searchJob board: New
Show up when homeowners search
A custom-coded website on your own domain, with a page for every service you sell and every town you serve, tap-to-call on every page, an estimate form and chat on every page, plus an online booking request. Your Google Business Profile is claimed and filled out, and your business is listed the same way on Yelp, Nextdoor, Apple Maps, Bing, BBB and Facebook. The site lays out your business facts so AI assistants like ChatGPT can read and cite them.
- Your websiteA page for every service and every town you serve.
- Estimate form, chat and bookingAn estimate form and chat on every page, plus an online booking request, all landing in your account.
- Google Business ProfileClaimed and filled out, plus your other listings. You do Google's verification step; we do the rest.
- Readable by AI searchYour hours, services and towns laid out so ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can read them.
Runs on: your website · forms · chat · listings
Search traffic usually builds from Month 2. Nobody can guarantee search or AI rankings, and we don't.
02Get found with adsJob board: New, marked by ad
Two paid lead channels, tuned to your market
Facebook and Instagram lead-form campaigns aimed at your towns: we write the copy, make the ads, set them up and keep tuning them. Google Local Services Ads, the pay-per-lead listings at the top of Google: we set up the account, walk you through Google's background and insurance checks, and connect call tracking. We review the results with you every week.
- Facebook & Instagram lead adsAimed at the towns you want work in.
- Ad creative made for youCopy, images and the lead form, written and built.
- Google Local Services AdsPay per lead, at the top of Google.
- Weekly results reviewLeads and jobs by ad, and what we're changing.
Runs on: lead forms · call tracking
Ads go live in Month 2. Ad spend is paid straight to Meta and Google, separate from Fulcrum fees. Google decides who qualifies for Local Services Ads.
03Every lead gets a replyJob board: New
Every lead hears back, wherever it came from
A web estimate request, a chat message, a Facebook lead form or a Google ad lead lands on your job board, marked with where it came from, and the customer gets an automatic text or email right away. Calls you can't get to are answered 24/7 by your AI receptionist, which captures the caller and the job details; it never books jobs, you do. Anyone who hangs up gets a text back. That first reply is automatic. From Month 2, your admin keeps track of every new lead and lists anyone still waiting on you in the report they send each weekday morning; you do the calling back. Calls, texts, email, Facebook messages and chat sit in one thread per customer, in an app on your phone.
- Instant reply, every sourceWeb form, chat, Facebook or Google.
- AI receptionist + text-backCalls you can't get to are answered 24/7; hang-ups get a text back.
- Where it came fromEvery lead is marked: Google, Facebook, your website or a missed call.
- One inbox, on your phoneCalls, texts, email and messages in one thread per customer.
Runs on: inbox · phone number · AI receptionist · automatic texts
Texting switches on once your business-texting registration clears with the carriers, usually about two weeks after the paperwork is in.

04Build the estimateJob board: New
Build it by hand, or describe the job
On Launch, you build estimates yourself: by hand in your account, or by describing the job to the AI estimator by voice, photo or text. It asks the right follow-up questions, then lays out the scope, materials, hours and a price built on your own rates, and one tap turns it into a draft estimate. On Growth and Scale, your admin drafts each estimate for you to check and send.
- Build it by handYour estimate template and your terms, in your account.

05Send it, get the yesJob board: Estimate Sent
They say yes from their phone
Your estimate goes out by text and email with your logo and terms. The customer opens it on their phone and approves it with a tap, and the job is marked signed and lines up to schedule. Estimates nobody answers get a few spaced reminders, then they stop.
- Sent by text and emailWith your logo and your terms.
- Approved with a tapNo printing, no signature, no phone tag.
- Approved jobs line up to scheduleNo chasing to find out who said yes.
- Automatic follow-upsA few spaced reminders, then they stop.
06ScheduleJob board: Scheduled
Your calendar, your rules, every customer confirmed
Calendars set to your rules (days you work, travel radius, jobs per day, drive buffers), with each tech side by side. Customers can request a visit online. Once a job is booked, the customer gets an automatic text and email confirming the visit, then reminders the day before and the morning of. You or your office set the schedule; we build the system it runs on.

07Do the jobJob board: Completed
Your techs know what was sold. You know what got done.
Our tech app comes with every Core plan. Each tech sees today's jobs and the scope that was sold. They tap Drive to, Start work and Done, and time at the supply house is logged against the job too. Leaving, they talk through what they did and add before, after and receipt photos; AI turns it into a clean report: what was done, what changed against the quote, materials used and what's left. Taps work with no signal and sync when it's back; the report is saved on the phone and filed once there's signal.
- Today's jobs + the quoted scopeThe tech sees exactly what was sold.
- Tap in, tap outDriving, working and supply-house runs, logged per job.
- Voice job reportTalk it through, add photos; AI sorts it out.

Runs on: our tech app · your job board
Location is read only while the app is open, and the only readings saved are the ones attached to a tap. Nothing tracks your techs in the background.
08Get paidJob board: Invoice Sent → Paid
Take payment at the door, or straight from the invoice
Your tech can take a card at the job in the mobile app: tap to pay with a Stripe or Square account, or type the card in. Otherwise the invoice is built from the tech's hours and job report, including what changed against the quote. On Growth and Scale, your admin preps it while the details are fresh, for you to look over and send; on Launch, you send it yourself. Customers pay by card from a link in the text or email, and unpaid invoices get automatic reminders.

09Reviews & repeat workJob board: after Paid
Every finished job asks for a review
After every paid job, each customer automatically gets a text or email asking for a Google review. From Month 2 we also set up repeat-customer flows: a check-in after the job and seasonal reminders to past customers.
- A review request after every jobBy text or email, with a direct link.

See what's working before the month closes
Every lead is marked with where it came from (a Google ad, Facebook, your website, a referral), so a report in your account shows which marketing turns into paid jobs, and lost jobs get a reason. Your owner dashboard puts the one thing slowing you down this week, your next step, this morning's report, your 90-day progress and the last 30 days of numbers on one screen, on your phone. You also see whether your crew's hours turn into billed hours.

On you
Your team, inside your account
A real person on our team handles your office work
From Month 2, a designated admin on our team works inside your account: checks your inbox, flags leads still waiting on you and keeps every customer's status up to date. On Growth and Scale they also draft your estimates and prep your invoices; you approve and send. They don't answer your phone or book your jobs; that stays with you. Each weekday morning they send a short list of what's waiting on you, and each week we go over your numbers with you and name the one thing slowing the business down.

When you're ready to hire, the system is built
On Growth and Scale, we build your hiring system with you in Month 3: role descriptions, job posts and where to run them, a careers page and application form that land in your account, a phone-screen script, a paid working interview and a training plan for the new tech's first 90 days. It's built and ready; you hire when your work supports it. When you want more work, or less while you're booked or mid-hire, you decide and we adjust your ads.
